Act no. 196/2003 "Privacy": regarding the processing of personal data, the customer gives his consent to the handling of his personal data that were conveyed to Tourist Office Nova Levante-Carezza for the purpose of data management and processing by means of state-of-the-art information technology systems, including the disclosure of these data to external co-operators or other identified subjects acting on behalf of Tourist Office Nova Levante-Carezza. The processing of the personal data concerned is exclusively carried out for performances of obligations resulting from a contract concluded between the two parties, as well as for promoting the customer's commercial activities. In respect of all resultant obligations the customer enjoys the right to retrieve and rectify the data, request their erasure or refuse any further usage. The customer can take these measures through registered letter with notice of receipt to Tourist Office Nova Levante-Carezza, via Carezza 21, I-39056 Nova Levante (BZ).
